How AgentProd Inc. handles information on the Counterswarm website, including browser attribution, demo enquiries, local CSV analysis and hosting access information.
AgentProd Inc., San Francisco, California, United States, operates the Counterswarm website at counterswarm.si and its associated previews. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@muzecmo.com.
This notice covers the current website. The handling of customer code, repositories, application data or production systems through a product service requires separate service and privacy arrangements.
Demo links open our temporary shared Muze/YourGM booking page on Calendly. The scheduler may display Muze CMO and YourGM Intro while we prepare a dedicated Counterswarm calendar. You choose whether to provide details and confirm a booking there.
The website does not embed Calendly or send the local demo form’s fields, campaign attribution or selected benchmark files to it. If you use the local demo form, continuing opens the scheduler without forwarding those field values. An email address included in the page address may prefill the local email field; information in a URL may also appear in browser history and hosting request records.
Calendly processes the information you enter on its own pages and provides scheduling information to the meeting organiser. Its privacy and cookie notices apply there. To contact AgentProd about a Counterswarm enquiry or related information, email hello@muzecmo.com.
The website may read campaign parameters and advertising-click identifiers from the page address and keep them in session-scoped browser storage. This maintains attribution while you navigate in the same browser tab.
Demo-button clicks are recorded in the current page’s memory. The website’s own code does not currently connect those events to an external analytics or advertising service.
You can clear locally stored information using your browser’s site-data controls. Browser settings and session restoration affect how long session-scoped data remains available.
If you select a CSV file in the security evaluation tool, the tool reads and analyses it in your browser. The tool does not upload the file or its contents to a server.
Charts and tables are generated from the selected data in page memory. CSV exports are also created in the browser for you to download. Selecting a file does not grant permission to publish or share its contents.
Managed hosting and access services deliver the website and, for restricted previews, control access. Cloudflare infrastructure supports the current hosting setup. These services may process request, connection and security information, including requested URLs, IP addresses, browser details and authentication events.
Provider-specific processing roles, data locations and log-retention periods have not been independently confirmed for this website. The relevant services’ own privacy information also applies to processing they carry out. Contact hello@muzecmo.com for information about the arrangements relevant to your visit.
A temporary shared Muze/YourGM Calendly booking link is configured. No marketing subscription, external analytics integration or separate CRM form endpoint is configured in this website. We will update this notice when those connections change.
Browser attribution and local CSV data are handled as described above. Enquiries sent by email are kept as needed to handle the correspondence and any associated recordkeeping obligations. No fixed period is stated for provider-held access logs because that period has not been verified.
Contact hello@muzecmo.com to ask about information relating to you, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern. The rights and complaint routes available to you depend on the law that applies and the processing involved; we may need information to verify and address your request.
We will update this notice when website processing changes. A new product connection or collection purpose may require additional privacy information before it is enabled.
