Operator and scope

AgentProd Inc., San Francisco, California, United States, operates the Counterswarm website at counterswarm.si and its associated previews. Questions about these website terms can be sent to hello@muzecmo.com.

These terms concern use of the website and its informational tools. They are not a customer subscription agreement, a service-level agreement or an authorisation to conduct security testing.

Product information and enquiries

The website presents product information, illustrations and demonstration media. Those materials do not by themselves establish measured performance, a security guarantee or a customer relationship.

Browsing does not create a subscription, purchase, referral reward, prize entitlement or other financial commitment. Product access and security-testing services require a separate agreement and any necessary authorisation.

Demo links open a temporary shared Muze/YourGM Calendly scheduler. Following a link or continuing from the local form does not itself confirm a meeting; confirmation occurs through the scheduler. Contact hello@muzecmo.com if you wish to make an enquiry.

Authorised access and use

Use the website through access made available to you. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to obtain another person’s account information or bypass access restrictions.

A visit, enquiry or demonstration does not authorise scanning, penetration testing, exploitation or other security testing of any system. Such work requires permission from the relevant system owner and an agreed scope.

Local evaluation tools

The security evaluation tool lets you inspect illustrative examples or CSV data you select. Sample data is illustrative, and user-selected data has not been independently verified. Results are not a certification of security or product performance.

Use data you are entitled to use and check its accuracy and relevance before relying on an analysis. CSV selection and analysis occur locally in the browser; the tool does not upload the selected file.

Content and third-party material

Access to this website does not transfer ownership of its text, illustrations, recordings, software or other material. Reuse must be supported by the rights or permission that apply to that material.

Third-party material and external services remain subject to the relevant rights holder’s or provider’s terms. These website terms do not grant third-party reuse permission or imply an endorsement or partnership.

Privacy, changes and your rights

The Website Privacy Notice describes current website information handling. Separate product services may require additional privacy information and a separate agreement.

We may update the website and these terms as its functions change. Nothing in these website terms is intended to remove a right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be removed.
